AISIN knows that being a good corporate citizen makes better communities and a better world. This philosophy runs deep, so deep that the Northville office has made it an annual tradition to do a service project as part of their holiday luncheon program.
Because of our rich technical capabilities and our love for STEM learning, the University of Michigan C.S Mott Children’s Hospital Child and Family Life Department’s therapeutic gaming and digital technology program was selected as this year’s recipient charity.
In addition to a company-wide drive where all members collectively contributed nearly $3,000 in toys, games and stuffed animals for children spending the holiday in the hospital, approximately 360 AISIN members worked in teams to build STEM kits for kids to enjoy throughout the year. Members had fun “testing” out their creations as each team battled to win the championship.
When serving the community, AISIN members regularly and eagerly rise up to meet the need, and we are proud to be involved in service projects like these each and every day around the globe!
